❌ Harshit Rana — Ruled Out of Entire IPL 2026

Harshit Rana underwent knee surgery in Mumbai on February 9, 2026, after injuring himself during a T20 World Cup 2026 warm-up match against South Africa. He will not be fit for any part of IPL 2026. ❌ Mustafizur Rahman — Released (BCCI Directive)

Mustafizur Rahman (bought for ₹9.20 crore at auction) was released from KKR’s squad in January 2026 on BCCI directive following India-Bangladesh political tensions. KKR were permitted to sign a replacement.

✅ Blessing Muzarabani — Signed as Replacement

Blessing Muzarabani, Zimbabwe’s 6’8″ pace bowler, has been signed as Mustafizur’s replacement. The right-arm seamer took 13 wickets in 6 matches at the T20 World Cup 2026 (4th highest wicket-taker in the tournament) and chose IPL over the Pakistan Super League to join KKR.
